Every step of the translation process is overseen by dedicated project managers, ensuring that our work meets the highest standards, regardless of your business sector or project scale.

Dedicated Translation Project Manager

From the moment you reach out to GSI Translations, you’ll be assigned a dedicated Project Manager who will handle your order from start to finish. Your Project Manager will assess the files you need translated, provide a detailed cost estimate and delivery timeline, and manage the project’s progress. Upon receiving your written approval, your order will be entered into our system and processed by the GSI Translation Team assigned to your project.

Continuous Project Management

Once your order is confirmed, your Project Manager will select a translator who is a native speaker of the target language and has over five years of experience in the relevant field. Throughout the project, the Project Manager will monitor every aspect to ensure that the translation meets the highest standards and is delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe.

Quality Assurance

After the initial translation, the document undergoes a thorough review by a sector-specific expert for proofreading. If necessary, the file is then forwarded to our Desktop Publishing (DTP) Department to address any layout requirements. The document is then returned to the Project Manager for final approval.

Final Delivery

Upon receiving the completed translation and conducting a final review, the Project Manager will send you the finished product. After you’ve reviewed the files and confirmed your satisfaction with the translation, we will close the project file and prepare your invoice.
